HEALTH

What it really means to be healthy.

There are so many different aspects that go into being healthy. Most only know of the surface level as we are only taught a small fraction of anything health related during school. Unless you had a health scare and went down a rabbit hole to find the truth, you probably only know what you were taught. A great many of us are misinformed. In fact, even medical students don't even know hardly anything about gut health as they are only required to take 25 hours on nutrition out of the 12 years they are in school including any continued education. On top of lack of information or the tons of misinformation out there, we also have genetics, environmental situations, stress from living in the rat race, and the fact that we have replaced everything that may have been made with simple ingredients at one time to engineered ingredients for the sake of making money or convienance. It's no wonder the majority of the population has any number of health concerns. We have to get back to basics, back to listening to our bodies, back to nature, back to sharing wisdom and recipes, back to true health.

You can categorize health into these areas: mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional. Where you live, what you eat and drink, who and what you are around, what you use on your skin, what you feed your subconscious(what you watch, read, listen to, etc), what you do daily, and what you believe all come together to create your current state of health. You are able to alter any one of these at any point in time. Changing one thing will slightly change the others. If you are unable to move to a different house or location at this time, you can still change what you use on your skin or what kind of music you choose to listen to. It all creates a butterfly effect as it puts out a different vibration that you get to live in. Each vibration or alteration allows something different. We create what we experience by everything that we allow into our lives, everything that we continue to talk about, eat, and do. What we change is up to us. Are you ready for a change? Have you already decided on a change, but just don't know where to start?

The world in which we live in tells us that we need an instant fix to everything. We no longer want to actually heal what is broken. We can just take a pill or have surgery, or apply a cream. If we refuse to go to the root cause of the issue at hand, we are only masking the current symptoms that have appeared. Those symptoms may temporarily disappear, but then new ones show up either in response to the treatment itself or from our bodies defense system which is only trying to get rid of the problem at hand(or inform you of the problem at hand) hense why the symptoms showed up in the first place. We live this way because this is what we have been taught. It is time to teach ourselves or to allow ourselves to be taught by others who actually have our best interests at hand.

The Paradigm is Changing. We are in the age of Knowing.
